1. About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed with Stylinfit for customised products and dropshipper membership services in the United Kingdom.
2. Custom product orders
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct product options, checking all wording and the delivery address, and supplying usable artwork and accurate instructions. The live preview is an approximate guide and is not a guaranteed production proof. Production may be delayed while missing or unclear information is resolved.
3. Artwork rights
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own it or have permission to reproduce it. Customers must not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise prohibited content. Stylinfit may decline unsuitable artwork and refund any affected unproduced item where appropriate.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Payment may be made using an available card method or direct bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders enter production after cleared payment. Product prices, subscription benefits and promotional offers may change before a new order or renewal; the amount shown at checkout applies to that transaction.
5. Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free. The stated 2–3 working day delivery period is an estimate after artwork approval and is not guaranteed.
6. Dropshipper membership
The membership renews monthly at £9.99 until cancelled. Product charges are separate. Benefits include up to 25 production orders per month, a 10% member discount and priority production. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next monthly charge.
7. Returns and faulty goods
Custom-made goods are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns, but this does not limit statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
