Payment details are processed by the selected payment provider rather than stored in full by Stylinfit.
Why we use information
We use personal information to provide the website, process and fulfil orders, deliver parcels, manage customer accounts and subscriptions, communicate about orders, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting duties and improve customer support.
Dropshipper customer addresses
When a dropshipper supplies an end customer’s delivery details, the dropshipper is responsible for having a lawful basis to share that information. Stylinfit uses it to prepare and deliver the relevant order.
Who we share information with
Information may be shared with website hosting providers, payment processors, delivery couriers, professional advisers and public authorities when legally required. Only information needed for the relevant service is shared.
Uploaded artwork
Artwork is stored so the customised product can be produced, delivered and supported. It is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for production, customer service, legal obligations and dispute handling.
