Order preparation
Custom products are prepared after we receive usable artwork and complete customisation instructions. If artwork is missing, low quality or unclear, the delivery estimate may begin after the issue is resolved.
Delivery estimates
The 2–3 working day period is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, public holidays, courier disruption, incomplete addresses and unusually high order volumes may cause delays.
Delivery address
Customers and dropshippers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate UK delivery address at checkout. Dropshippers should enter their end customer’s address when they want Stylinfit to dispatch directly to that customer.
Tracking and delivery problems
Where tracking is available, it will be shared through the order details or email. Contact us with the order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing.
